Any items which are lost, stolen, damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately by sending an email to us and please remember to include your name, address.
Please note - Once an order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the courier company, we will not be responsible if your order is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered. But we will compensate all the loss according to our compensation policy.
 

Return policy:
1: For old clients and big orders
2: Do return for clients if it is proved that we send the wrong stuffs in 10 days
3: If clients want to do return for the size or color problem , need to follow these policies
1) the stuffs must be 100% new, never wear and contain all the original packaging and labels.
2) send back the stuffs to our country , for details contact at gspayshop@hotmail.com    To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.
3) pay for shipping cost and handling fee by yourself for resend. We will credit your original method of payment, All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumers
